12. Returns, Warranties, and Refunds

Hardware repairs and networking installations carry a limited service warranty as specified in your job invoice or service receipt. Tampering with repaired equipment by unauthorized third parties voids all warranties.

Custom software development, web design services, and completed print jobs are non-refundable once approved and delivered, due to their customized nature. Defective print batches or verified service errors will be reviewed for correction on a case-by-case basis.

Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing web/software development project or technical service must notify Josmait in writing. Clients will be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation, and non-refundable deposits for procured materials or software licenses will not be returned.
